Can’t wait for these love birds wedding in May!
Nathan & Nathaly were such a beautiful couple. I got to sing worship songs with them at their ceremony and I ate Armenian food for the first time at their reception. LOVED every minute of their wedding!
It’s been two and a half year since I’ve posted to my blog and feels good to be back. I didn’t take a break from photography all together. I’ve been working and shooting since the last time I’ve posted and … Continue reading

Wyatt & Angie’s wedding was at The Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook and it was absolutely a perfect day.

Angie & her mama!
Even Wyatt was a photographer for a bit 🙂
as I shot Angie and her dad walk down the isle…
Rebeca got Wyatt’s reaction to seeing Angie for the first time
A moment to themselves right after the ceremony 🙂
Mr & Mrs!
Wyatt surprised Angie with the location of their honeymoon. I think she approved!
Congratulations Wyatt & Angie!!!
My favorites from Juan & Nichole’s wedding 🙂
I’ll end it with one of Megan’s photos of Juan & his dad. Love’d this one!

Thank you Megan for second shooting with me and getting this awesome shot of Ali & her dad as he walked her down the isle 🙂
Congratulations Nick & Ali!!! Thank you so much for letting me photograph you big day 🙂
Just some of my favs from Sharif & Melissa’s wedding :)…
Since I was a guest/photographer I was ever so thankful for Rebeca for coming and second shooting with me.
We’ll start it off with one of her images of the beautiful church 🙂
And another shot of Rebeca’s!
I can never stress enough the importance of having two photographers. Thanks again Rebeca for being in the right place at the right time.
I on the other hand waited patiently on the other side of the church to get this shot. Then….
like a stealth bomber I flew to the other side of the church to get this shot of Melissa looking at Sharif 😉 ok, maybe not that fast!
The beautiful bride…
and the handsome groom
Gotta love a laugh 🙂
And the’re off to the reception site!
To take some photos as Mr. & Mrs 🙂
They had an amazing belly dancer at their reception
Once again, the wonderfulness of having a second shooter. While I was snapping away shots of people dancing Rebeca got this photo of my grandma smiling at Melissa. Love it!
Congratulations Sharif & Melissa!
After many emails, a meeting at Coffee Bean, and some more emails. Stephanie said it was official and would love to have me photograph their wedding!
We went to Fullerton for their engagement session. The city where it all began! 🙂
I’ll start it of with some good old black & white’s…
Such a good looking couple!
(BTW, that window behind them was a public bathroom and every few second a toilet would flush. SO ROMANTIC! lol)
It made for a beautiful portrait though!
Alex & Shannon got married at the Barcelo Resort in Cabo San Lucas. I was so thankful to be able to photograph their wedding. You can’t beat being at a wedding in Cabo! Everything turned out beautifully. With only close family and friends it was a perfect way to celebrate their big day 🙂
Let’s start it off with the groom! Alex relaxing before the ceremony 🙂
And the beautiful bride soaking up the sun while looking lovely in her dress 🙂
The ceremony site was Gorgeous!
Loved this shot that my handsome second shooter (my hubby) got of Shannon and her dad looking at each other
And a close up of the beautiful flower girl walking with her mommy and grandpa 🙂
One happy family!
Dinner on the beach! Oh my that dinner was delicious and the creme brulee was to die for!
father daughter dance 🙂
Alex takes his dancing seriously…Shannon on the other hand thinks it’s hilarious!
The day after the wedding we took some more photographs of Alex & Shannon…
Thank you Shannon & Alex for letting Will & I be apart of your big day!
Adam & Katie’s wedding was at Big Horn in Palm Desert. The most amazing golf course I’ve ever seen and the best staff to work with 🙂
A big thanks to Steve Cenicola, general manager at Big Horn for being so amazing and I’m sorry I almost ran over your foot in the golf cart!
Thank you Adam & Katie for letting me photograph your big day! You are truly an amazing couple and I had so much fun with the two of you 🙂
Loved the amazing view during the reception
I swear it was poison ivy that has Melissa and me itching the whole time but I also thought we were sitting right where a bear took a nap and was just waiting to get bitten by a snake. Sometimes my imagination gets the best of me 🙂
Melissa & Sharif, I’m so excited for your wedding next month! Thank you for finding this amazing new spot to for me to photograph at 🙂
Sharif, your eyes are AMAZING!!!!!
Did I mention that Melissa is my cousin???? Isn’t she BEAUTIFUL 🙂
Take a break and shake your booty!
ok…back to business 🙂
You two are going to make some good lookin’ babies 🙂
Even though Chris had pink eye and wasn’t feeling very well, the day unfolded beautifully…
Dyanna you look BEAUTIFUL!!!
Pink eye and feelin’ crappy…Chris is still lookin’ like a stud 🙂
The first look…peeking around the corner to see her man!
Dyanna told me that they do not dance. They were even thinking of not doing a first dance at their reception. Ummm…really?!?!?!
You two dance like you are pros!!!
So glad they decided to do a first dance! even if they weren’t the only ones on the dance floor 🙂
Brittany & Justin’s wedding was at Padua HIlls Theatre in Claremont. Let me tell you…the staff there was on top of everything! You can’t go wrong booking a wedding there. Seriously it’s my new favorite venue.
My day started off with the girls 🙂
Buttons, buttons, buttons! Brittany waits patiently as her mom buttons ALL the buttons!
Check the hair one last time before the veil
Brittany’s nephew waits patiently to deliver her wedding gift from her future husband 🙂
It was her something blue!
Praying before they headed outside
Meanwhile…Justin looking handsome
All the guys! Shot by my second shooter Megan
Loved the detail in Brittany’s dress and her beautiful flowers
Brittany!!! You are GORGEOUS!!!!!!
Seeing her dad for the first time!
Love it! 🙂
Big brother you can’t see this kiss!
Mr & Mrs 🙂
The first dance
Justin was not embarrassed at all during his brothers speech!
Justin danced better on his knees than I could ever try to do on my feet!
Was Brittany’s garter glued to her leg?!?! Justin is having a mighty hard time getting it off!
Grandpa Joe! I loved watching grandpa Joe. He made me smile the whole night 🙂
Yes…Brittany thinks her friends are hilarious!
A hug for her momma 🙂
Last photo of the night!
Congratulations Brittany & Justin!!!
It was such a different way of being apart of a wedding. I’m usually there from start to finish documenting the day as it unfolds. This time around it was my turn to wear a different pair of shoes.
My friend Holly was marrying the man of her dreams and I was honored to be her matron of honor. The day unfolded beautifully 🙂
Here’s some photos showing the many roles I played…
Hairstylist… (thank you angry birds for making my 3 year old sit still for me)
dress tier-upper (why can’t wedding dresses have zippers!)
Nose picker 🙂
Photographer! Only for about 5 mins 😦
Two of my images from my 5 mins of shooting…
(side note…look at my back! No butt crack baby!!! If you follow my blog you will have read that my dress was too tight and made me have a butt crack in my back. Thanks to Cage fitness I got rid of it :))
I lost 3.2 percent body fat from the middle of January to the end of April!
Before and after photos! Thankfully nobody had to see that nasty crack at the wedding!
My BEAUTIFUL kids…
being a mom never stopped that day…
I was so proud of Travis & Danyka. They did an awesome job being the ring bearer and flower girl.
I love how Danyka is looking at my mom in the isle. She loves her grandma!
Drink getter for the bride and groom (dan is focused!)
Shoe putter-oner…(I know my words are not real but I like it)
Speech time!!! I didn’t realize I talk with my hands 🙂
Dancing with my sweet boy!
Seeing this melted my heart! It made me think of her wedding day dancing with her daddy.
Will & I with the newlyweds 🙂
Maggie wanted to give herself and early birthday present and have photos taken of her and her kids. Well, life happens and only 2 out of her 4 kids could make it. That didn’t stop Maggie from giving herself her present and we went on with the show. Of course she would have loved to have them all there but wouldn’t you rather have these photos vs. nothing? Good choice Maggie!
Maggie, you are beautiful! Inside and out 🙂
My absolute favorite from the session! You can just feel how much Rachel loves her big brother AND look at that smile on Josh’s face! I think that was the only photo he smiled in that wasn’t forced. LOVE IT!
I burn myself EVER time I use the oven. There’s no way around it. It just happens!
I loved my present. Most women would have wanted chocolates or roses but not me. I would much rather have oven mitts 🙂 Thank you Will for buying me something that is going to protect me rather than add inches to my belly or die in a few days 🙂
They didn’t want to regret not having any engagement photos. Katie & Adam, you made a great decision! Not only will they have their engagement photos to look back on years into their marriage but it was a great opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other at their session. Being photographed can be nerve-racking! Not knowing what to expect or better yet not even knowing the person who’s photographing you. That’s gotta be awkward right? Katie & Adam we no exception. I am however happy to say that I got a lovely email from Katie after their session saying this…”Thanks for making us so comfortable on Saturday and it made us so confident that we have the best photographer for our wedding”. That makes me smile 🙂
Katie & Adam I’m super excited to photograph your wedding at one of my favorite venues in May!!!
Ali & Nick=one sweet couple that I adore 🙂
Their wedding in July will be at the La Canada Flintridge County Club and I can’t wait 🙂
This is the best shot from the day!!! No I didn’t take it 😦 I saw the look on Ali & Nick’s faces and RAN FOR MY LIFE!!! While I was too busy screaming and running away from the massive wave coming to swallow me up, Rebeca remained calm and kept snappin’ away. As you can see on Ali & Nick’s faces, I am not lying that this wave was MASSIVE!!!!!! Thankfully nobody had a camera pointing at me cuz I’m sure that would have been hilarious!!!
After a few laughs, we continued on…
As I drove up the 5 fwy I was a little nervous. Why? 1. it was super windy. 2. I was on my way to photograph 13 teenage girls!
Angela didn’t want to have a normal birthday party. She wanted to have a fun day with her friends looking fabulous in front of the camera. They spent the morning getting their makeup done and met me after for a few hours of shooting. Thankfully the wind died down and the girls were the exact opposite of what I expected them to be. I couldn’t have had more fun shooting them 🙂 As I drive to Vegas today to photograph my cousin Alexa’s sweet 16 birthday party, I will think of these girls and how easy and fun it was to hangout and shoot them and cross my fingers that the kids in Nevada are just as good to me 🙂
The gorgeous birthday girl! 🙂
And the rest of the beautiful girls…
Thank you girls for such a fun day!
My first session of 2011 stared off with a handsome boy turning 1 🙂
Happy first birthday Russell!
I regret that I never took before photos of myself before I started Cage Fitness but you can take my word for it that it’s a perfect way to help you loose weight and gain muscle. Which I had non of when I started. Muscle that is…I had plenty of weight to loose! So, I’m using my blog as a way to keep myself accountable. Here’s the deal…I need to loose a few more pounds and tone up to fit into a bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding in March. I am embarrassed to admit it but when I zip up my dress it looks like I have a butt crack in the middle of my back because my dress is too tight. Nasty I know! My plan is to show you my butt crack (before) photo right next to my NO butt crack (after) photo and prove to you that Cage Fitness is amazing and works. In the mean time, meet Brandi. She is a mom of handsome boys who kicked booty to get her body back into shape after having her second son.
I’ve got lots to blog about but it can wait til 2011 🙂
MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE SOS FAMILY!
Gabriella was 4 months old the last time I saw her. I loved her big brown eyes then and love them even more now 🙂
Peek a boo 🙂
are expecting a baby boy!!!
Baby Nathan will be the first grandchild on both sides of the family! He will be here early January and I’m sure everyone can’t wait to meet him 🙂
My last wedding for 2010! What a way to end the year with such a beautiful couple! 🙂
Jenette’s dress was absolutely perfect for her.
Yup, fit her like a glove!
I always try to make my couples laugh. I’m not sure if Jason was laughing at me or with me on this one???
Oh well…he’s laughing so I guess it doesn’t matter 🙂
The ceremony was in Jenette’s parents backyard. It was such a perfect day considering it was crazy weather the day before.
Jenette and her dad were doin’ their thing to the macarena. Jason on the other hand was a bit confused!
So like a loving wife, Jenette showed him what to do 🙂 I think he was still confused but he tried!
Congratulations Jason & Jenette!
Jaiden & Jakob’s dad emailed me desperately wanting to get away from the department store portrait studio which he had been going to for years.
Well, HE DID IT!!!!!
Victor, I hope I did my job and opened your eyes to a whole new world of photography 🙂
Your kids are adorable and I hope when you look back on these photos you will not only remember what they looked like but be able to feel the love and joy of who they were at this time.
Happy almost 1st birthday Nnenna!!! 🙂
Donal & Jillian’s wedding was at the Clark Estate in Santa Fe Springs. It was a beautiful day for a perfect wedding 🙂
Thank you Donal & Jill for allowing me to be apart of you special day!
Will got a beautiful wide angle shot of the ceremony…
and I got the close up 🙂
I LOVE the smiles on couples faces when they are announced as Mr. & Mrs.
I pay extra close attention to the speeches during the reception. It’s going to be my turn standing up there saying my speech in March so I like to get inspiration 🙂
Jillian’s sister’s speech was perfect. I loved it!
Donal and his mom have a way that the look at each other. It’s so loving and heart felt. This is how I want Travis to look at me on his wedding day 🙂
The photo booth at their reception was perfect. It was so fun!
Happy 1st birthday Noah!
Both mom and dad are gifted beyond words when it comes to music. Noah is following in their footsteps!
Henry & Veronica have been married for 6 years. They wanted to get married again but this time in the church 🙂
It was a beautiful ceremony! Even though it was in spanish and I didn’t understand most of what they were saying I still felt the love 🙂
Thank you Henry & Veronica for letting be be apart of your special day!
It was a group ceremony…the first row were all the couples
While I was in front of the church…Will (my hubby) got this shot of Henry & Veronica’s girls waiting to walk the ring to their parents 🙂
Looking at their beautiful girls:)
My last family session in Washington! I had an amazing time up there and can’t wait to go back!
Here’s a sneak peek for Theresa & Mike…
Brother and sister! What good lookin’ kids they are 🙂
What a GORGEOUS family!!!

Here’s a sneak peek for Paula!
Another family session in Washington 🙂
Last weekend I had the privilege of photographing 5 lovely families in Washington. I started it off with the Vinson’s at a beautiful park in Bellevue.
Becky & Joel are expecting their first child in December 🙂
Becky can sing BEAUTIFULLY and Joel can ROCK the guitar…I’m thinking their little one is gonna be a musician!
Victoria totally rocked her session!!! Right when I was about to tell her to do something she would do something better!
Graduation will be here before you know it Victoria! Congratulations 🙂
On a beautiful October day Cecy & Eric said “I DO” at the Etiwanda Gardens.
Of course Cecy looked radiant while in her bridal room before the ceremony
Eric was well rested and handsome…he had no problem sleeping the night before. His mind was peacefully dreaming about the Lakers!
Congratulations! One of the first photos as Mr. & Mrs and Eric can’t take his eyes off of his beautiful wife 🙂
Can’t help it! I have to post more pics of Cecy 🙂
I’ll end it with their first dance 🙂
You can breathe now Eric…picture taking is done!
Thank you Cecy & Eric for letting me be apart of your big day!
Alexa is my BEAUTIFUL cousin who lives way to far away 😦
She was visiting a few weeks ago and I was able to take some photos for her sweet 16th birthday.
Love you Alexa! You are amazingly beautiful and I hope we can get together for you senior pics!!!! 🙂
Charissa said she was up for anything…really??? Anything??? That’s when I knew this shoot was gonna be FUN!!!
I photographed Charissa & Jerry’s wedding last October. They were the PERFECT couple for this shoot!
We met them at Ruby’s and took a few shots there…here’s my fav 🙂
Then headed to the beach…
Charissa actually thought of this…she worked it up on those stairs. GREAT idea Charissa! I loved it!
Thank you Charissa & Jerry for being so perfect for this shoot!!! You guys ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What an end to such a fun day. Yes, I was wet, sandy and exhausted but it was well worth it!
